The death has occurred of Francis O’Hara-Mooney

Francis O’Hara-Mooney (Writer and Trustee of Princess Grace Irish Library Monaco) – Nice, France and late of Shandonagh, Mullingar, Co Westmeath.

Beloved son of the late Joseph Des and Margaret (Peggy) Mooney.

Francis died suddenly at his home in Nice on 19 December 2019.

He will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his brothers Desmond, Finbarr, Raymond and Clifton, family circle and many good friends in Ireland and France.

Funeral Mass on Friday 31 January 2020 at 12 noon in the Church of the Little Flower & Our Lady of Good Counsel, Brotenstown, Mullingar, (N91 X9R7), followed by burial in Milltown Rathconrath Cemetery.

Chrissie McCormack, Glenview Heights, Mullingar, Co Westmeath – January 17, 2020 – (peacefully) at home in the care of her devoted family; beloved wife of the late Peter, mother of the late Frank and Seanie and granny of the late Danny and baby Sadie.

She will be very sadly missed by her loving daughters Christina, Dolores and Martina (Curran), sons Padraig, Peter and Eddie, sister Moira (Bardon), grandchildren and great-grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces (especially her best friend Vera), nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Mark Rose – The Green, Petitswood Manor, Mullingar, Co Westmeath – January 17, 2020 – (peacefully) at home in the gentle care of his devoted wife and children.

Loving husband of Fiona and cherished father of Ciarán, Seán and Roísín.

Mark will be very sadly missed by his wife and children, parents-in-law Pat and Tess, sister-in-law Gráinne, brothers-in-law Niall and Barry, his mother Pat, extended family and friends.

Loving wife of T.J. and dear mother of Tom, Frank, Alan and Ray; she will be very sadly missed by her husband, sons, her adored eight grandchildren, daughters-in-law Nina, Mary and Rachael, son-in-law John, sisters Phil, Aggie, Kate and Claire, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of Joan Delaney

Joan Delaney – Clonmore Heights, Mullingar, Co Westmeath, late of Main Street, Moate and former nursing staff of St Loman’s Hospital.

Joan died peacefully on January 14, 2020, after a long illness, in the loving care of the staff of Mullingar Regional Hospital.

Predeceased by her parents James and Teresa, her sister Marie O’Dowd (Bray) and her brother Pat (Lucan).

Deeply regretted by her sister Frances Reynolds (Mullingar), brothers Damien (Athlone) and John (Youghal), brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, very good friends and kind neighbours.

Beloved Uncle to Sally and Michael and family Rob, Joanne and Charlotte, also wonderful friend of Olive and Alastair and their family. Predeceased by his sister Lindsay. Former Priest of St. John the Evangelist, Sandymount, Dublin.
